STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE – DAILY HVAC INSPECTION

  

OBJECTIVE:

These procedures serve as guidance for Authorized staff to inspect HVAC systems, for any hazard, failure, and condition of respective area.

 

POLICY:

The HVAC system should work as standard with zero breakdowns and should kept clean with maintaining all safety.

 

RESPONSIBILITY:

 

Shift Engineer

 

 

PROCEDURE:

 

·        Check for all AC control panels for any troubles/Issues.

·        Chiller plant changeover to be done on 8 AM as per requirements.

·        Check for all chiller plant motors pumps are in normal condition.

·        Check for TFA&AHU working normal and turned on as scheduled.

·        Check for Is PAC working normal.

·        Check if Is scrubber panel indication normal/ working.

·        Check for any abnormal noise and troubles for VRV outdoor systems.

·        Check for Is all Exhaust system ON and working on scheduled time.

·        Make sure all the system should switch on within timeline.

·        If any issues found should immediately informed to team leaders.

·        At any job motto should be safety first.

·        In case of any major problem, inform the Facility Manager immediately.

 

 

REVISION GUIDE:

Any change in the systems will need a change in the SOP.
