STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE – AROMA LAMP INSTALLATION

OBJECTIVE:

 

To establish a procedure for aroma lamp installation activity.

 

POLICY:

 

Keep and maintain fresh environment at washrooms and office area.

 

RESPONSIBILITY:

 

Shift Engineer

 

PROCEDURE:

 

·        Before starting activity remove the plug of aroma lamp from electric socket.

·        Wait till lamp cools down.

·        Open top cap.

·        Make sure that lap is cooled down.

·        Remove the lamp by turning it right side.

·        Install new lamp to the holder.

·        Put cap back on lamp.

·        Plug the wire to socket.

·        Switch on and test the lamp working normal.

·        Mark faulty lamp and put it in assign location.

 

 

REVISION GUIDE:

Any change in the systems will need a change in the SOP.
